30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Free from damage caused after delivery
• Returned with all original packaging, accessories, labels, and documentation

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours if:

• Your item was damaged during shipping
• You received the wrong product
• Your item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

For eligible cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide either a replacement or full refund.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received:
